Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Credit Trifecta. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Credit Trifecta Provides

Credit Trifecta analyzes your transaction history and estimates which credit card or combination of up to three cards would have earned you the most rewards on your spending. The results are estimates produced by a simulation and are provided for informational purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Credit Trifecta.

Accounts and Bank Connections

To run a simulation you may connect a financial institution through Plaid. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any account you link, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Purchases and Refunds

The full report is a one-time purchase. Each purchase produces a report based on your transaction history at the time of purchase; a fresh analysis later requires a new purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

Not Financial Advice

Credit Trifecta does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Reward rates, bonuses, and fees change and may differ from those used in your simulation. Always verify current card terms with the issuer before applying. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

Simulation Limitations and No Offer of Credit

The output of Credit Trifecta is a recommendation based on a simulation of your past spending, not a guarantee of future rewards. Our reward modeling applies simplifications — including assumptions about spending categories, rate eligibility, bonus thresholds, and fee structures — that may not fully reflect the precise terms of any credit card product. Actual rewards earned will depend on your future spending behavior, the specific terms of any card you hold, and decisions made by the card issuer.

Nothing in the service constitutes an offer, solicitation, or approval of credit. We are not a lender, broker, or credit card issuer. Any decision to apply for a credit card is yours alone, and approval is subject to the card issuer's own criteria. We have no affiliation with, and make no representations on behalf of, any card issuer.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third parties, including Plaid for bank connectivity and a payment processor for purchases. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized manner, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Credit Trifecta and protected by applicable laws. Your report is for your personal use.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the results will be accurate, complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit Trifecta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
